The G bread company was born out of passion for baking and compaction for society. I am a home-trained baker and have been baking for several years. I have always had a lingering desire to use my passion and what I enjoy doing the most to do good for society, and hence I decided to act and formed The G bread company.
For centuries bread has been a foundation of meals. Therefore, there is no better way to serve than making a fresh loaf of bread. I follow the age-old wisdom and a few organic ingredients to bake my loaves that are pleasing to the eyes and will fill your heart with the joy of having fresh grandmother-style bread. My bread does not have a long shelf life like the market-bought one, and that is because I believe in using only the ingredients necessary to bake a healthy loaf of bread and not adding preservatives, which will give the bread an extended life and might reduce yours. (This is a claim based on my own experience and the generic theory of consuming toxic ingredients)
Another reason that got me going was - how I would feel after having a market-bought bread. So I started looking at the ingredients and ran a few tests by leaving a few slices of bread outside, which were good for more than a month. This was alarming – and I started researching in detail about the ingredients being added. Most of them I had never heard of. Like riboflavin, mononitrate, xylanase, amylase, etc., I have never bought bread and baked my own since that day.
As time passed, I realized it was time to act and bake some goodness for the people around me. Join me in making a few healthy changes in our lives to enjoy and cherish the gift of life.
